Company profile

OÜ Taalri Varahaldus was established in 1997 and has specialized primarily in construction supervision and expert review for infrastructure projects, especially roads and railways, since 2001. We apply project management principles throughout our work and assemble a dedicated team for each project based on its complexity and delivery schedule.

Our licensed project managers have higher education in construction and, on average, more than 20 years of experience in execution, supervision and organization of construction works.

Since 2008, OÜ Taalri Varahaldus has also provided public procurement preparation and administration services, allowing public-sector clients to benefit from the knowledge and skills of our highly qualified specialists. We also provide business analysis services to private-sector clients, mapping core processes and identifying opportunities to work more efficiently. For construction companies, we also carry out business model and strategy audits.

International cooperation and growth

Over roughly the past decade, we have grown into one of the larger providers of road construction supervision services in Estonia. During the last five years, we have expanded our activity especially in Latvia, where we mainly operate together with partners who know local conditions and opportunities well.

As a company that values competence and quality, we have cooperated with companies from Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark and Germany, drawing on their specialists and experience in the delivery of more demanding projects.

ISO 9001

We have always attached great importance to the quality of the work we perform and of the works carried out under our supervision.

On 16 July 2004, our quality management system was certified according to the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, from June 2010 according to ISO 9001:2008, and from May 2018 according to ISO 9001:2015.
